Our company is seeking a Technical Account Manager with experience managing a partner network (i.e. affiliate program and/or developer community) to drive our demand generation strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy and has experience working with data-driven distribution partnerships. The successful candidate will operate within the online marketing team, working closely with the business owner, account manager and product development team.
As the Technical Account Manager, you will work hands-on in distributing our directory of sports and community-based activities to high-profile distribution partners across a wide range of verticals including automotive, travel, consumer electronics and technology companies. By distributing the largest directory of 300,000+ activities, we enable our partners to create an extension of our website's experience and put that in front of users wherever they may be.
Job Description
Spearhead and manage the data integrations for our strategic 3rd party partners; implementing across web, social, mobile, connected devices, consumer products, etc. working with our developer team.
Optimize partnerships by developing innovative and easy-to-use tools and campaigns to more effectively drive traffic and conversions for our website.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and find solutions to meet those requirements.
Prioritize development requests from partners and internal stakeholders to continuously improve partner satisfaction and platform adoption.
Provide guidance and direction to the developer team and/or system vendors to resolve technical issues.
Work with data development team to ensure data needs are prioritized into larger company strategy.
Responsibilities
2-4 years of internet project management, product management and customer account management.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university.
Experience with affiliate marketing, online advertising and knowledge of current digital trends.
Strong technical skills/ability to communicate effectively with the delivery team and business stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills.
