Technical Recruiter Position Description
LAN/WAN Professional currently has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for multiple technical recruiter positions. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and mentoring candidates to be considered for our comprehensive placement/internship programs.
Amazing Work Hours, Excellent Compensation & Benefits Package
As a technical recruiter, your required work hours are 7am to Noon OR 2pm - 7pm, Monday to Thursday and every other Saturday from 9am – 1pm from our corporate facility in Tustin, Ca. The rest of your work can be done from your home or anywhere you have a internet access. Recruiters who are proficient in their position should receive a compensation package that includes a base + bonus package of $48,000 to $72,000 per year working only 6 hours per day. Recruiters who desire to work additional hours can work from home and receive additional compensation of $24,000 to $72,000 per year for a total compensation package of $72,000 to $144,000 per year. In additional we provide a great benefits package including full health and dental.

LAN/WAN Professional is seeking to fill 4 Technical Recruiter positions to work out of our corporate training facility located in Tustin, California. *Must have a college degree in business, marketing or IT OR have 3 years of counseling, client relations and/or sales work experience.
*Must have a reliable laptop with Windows XP or newer.
