Roles and Responsibilities
Operations (30%)
Assist Sr. AMs with Key Account Retention and Planning and track/monitor success
Tracking and Reporting key performance indicators for Sr. AM team
Monitor and maximize Sr. AM team productivity and territory coverage
Enable communication between internal cross functional and Sr. AM team
Assist product management team in prioritization for key accounts
External Relationships (30%)
Engage with and present to key accounts
Develop and implement strategies against top competitors
Identify and establish relationships with key partners in the Endurance market
People Management (30%)
Team and 1-1 meetings with team members
Assist team with members with goal setting and helping them achieve them
Strategic account management skill development with Sr. AMs
Motivate and inspire team and recognize top performers
Industry/product/service training with team
Hold regular performance review with team members and coach them through a career development plan
Recruit new talent and retain existing talent
Be an escalation resource for team members
Self-Development (10%)
Develop and enhance management skills
Identify and actively pursue a career path within the organization with manager
Job Requirements:
5+ years of sales management experience
5+ years of Account Management experience
Bachelor's in business or sales/marketing
Very strong written communication skills
Willing to travel about once per month
Exceptional people and management skills to interact with team, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and customers.
