Requirement

• 18 years or older


• Must have a valid driver's license


• High School graduate


• Currently enrolled in college




• Marketing or Sports marketing major preferred

Since 1999, we have specialized in the development and management of youth sports camps for the world's top professional athletes. In 2011, we had our best year yet, conducting 44 camps in over 26 different markets nationwide. Our clients include Adrian Peterson, Reggie Bush, Carmelo Anthony, Dwight Howard, Dwyane Wade, and many other premier athletes in the professional ranks.

As a ProCamps street team member, Marketing & Management the internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable marketing experience in sports. In addition to performing general marketing tasks, you will be given exciting and challenging assignments that will help you develop and enhance your professional skill sets. Being that our work environment is team-oriented, you will work closely with other interns and staff members on a variety of projects, and you will be given constructive feedback to improve your job performance and help further your professional development. Simply put, we are committed to making your internship experience with us as rewarding as possible.

Pre-Event Development/Operations
1) Market Research / Market specific planning

1. Help in creating grassroots marketing schedule


2. Street sign distribution


3. Identifying youth organizations

2) Assist in distribution of pre-camp marketing materials

1. Flyer distribution at local sporting events, business, fairs, etc.

3) Serve as liaison with ProCamps contacts

1. Enhance and build relationships with youth organizations, team contacts, and partners

4) Miscellaneous responsibilities

Pre-Event Administration
1) Assist in managing camp inventory arriving in markets

1. Footballs


2. Gatorade


3. Prizing items


4. Camp t-shirts


5. Snacks/drinks for camp


6. Sponsor items

2) Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities

Event
1) Assist in facility set up (day before camp begins)
2) Assist in set up and all event tasks

1. Registration


2. Camp store


3. Station rotations

3) Miscellaneous responsibilities

Post-Event
1) Assist in facility "tear down"/clean-up
2) Assist with sponsor follow up
