. Define and execute attraction strategies at key target universities. . Develop innovative recruiting activities to set us apart from the competition. . Partner with engineering managers to develop and deliver tech talks, hackathons, and new campus programs. . Meet the workforce plans for interns and recent college graduate hiring . Partner with target school faculty, key student organizations and eBay business leaders to develop and implement strategic campus presence and build the eBay Inc. brand. . Develop and launch internal programs to enhance the new hire experience, help with training and development for new hires, and define our branding and social media strategy.
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in a related discipline and have approximately 3+ year s relevant experience, preferably in a high volume recruitment environment in a multi - national organization and will be fluent in English. Behavioral skills required for this position include strong attention to process and detail, exceptional organization, skills, strong customer orientation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence and manage all levels of stakeholders. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, knowledge of Brass Ring is a plus.
